Go to the "Add Habits" tab in your dashboard. You'll see a list of 40+ scientifically-graded habits. Click "+ Add Habit" on any habit to start tracking it. Choose the date you want to start tracking from.
Healthy habits (like meditation, exercise) produce moderate, sustainable dopamine increases. You want to do these.
Bad habits (like social media, junk food) produce massive dopamine spikes that desensitize your reward system. You want to avoid these.
