Lifetime subscriptions cannot be cancelled as they are one-time purchases. However, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase (see Section 3.2 above).

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (initiate a chargeback) without first contacting us for a refund:

If you believe you were charged twice for the same subscription, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund for any confirmed duplicate charges within 5-7 business days.
If we increase our subscription prices, existing subscribers will be grandfathered in at their current rate for at least 60 days. You will receive advance notice of any price changes.
